combination stores that team up three of the top names
in franchised quick service food: Dunkin' Donuts, Togo's,
and Baskin Robbins.
The goal for this ongoing project is to build brand
awareness and drive foot traffic to these combination
stores through targeted email campaigns. We use an approach
that features real people enjoying the kind of food
these well-loved brands specialize in.
We must be doing something right. The click-thru rate
(the number of people who click to go to the site or
sites promoted in the email) has averaged 21%. For comparison,
the industry average is between 4%-9%. |
