leader in industrial supplies, engaged Perot Systems
Time-0 to design and develop a B2B site for businesses
looking to streamline their procurement process. The online
marketplace offered single-sourcing from Grainger,
Cintas, Corporate Express, Marshall Industries, VWR Scientific,
and Grainger's Lab Safety Supply. Orders were accepted
via credit card, purchase card, and open-account billing
.
Orderzone was merged with Works.com in June 2000.
Perot systems Time-0 contracted with me to develop
the information architecture for the site, with an emphasis
on the registration and multi-level user hierarchy.
